Dingwall Trust (October 2022)
Adelene Lynch - Kerridge & Partners (October 2022)
“Thank you for facilitating such a wonderful morning. It was very very
special! And we each learnt something new about everyone else, which
helps us bond and appreciate one another more. When we started thinking
about embarking on this journey, one of the things we wanted to do was
embrace our diversity amongst our own K&P whānau first, that we can
then extend our open minds and hearts to our networks. It felt like we
made a great start this morning! PK called after the session to say how
much he enjoyed that and felt we really made the right decision to take
this approach and loves your energy and style of engagement. Nice to
have the thumbs up from Yoda himself!”
Air New Zealand (September 2022)
Anonymous - Fletcher Building (November 2022)
"Being the stereotypical white kiwi male, it can be quite intimidating
stepping in toward such a context and learning environment. But both the
venue, and the presentation style was not at all as expected, was
actually very comfortable and the experience valued. Thanks so much, i
could probably do with more insights into this core part of NZ culture.
Thanks for the opportunity.”
Nikki Dines, Chief People Officer - Air New Zealand (September 2022)
“I loved being part of the course and feel like i’ve had a step in
change in terms of my ability to correctly pronounce te reo māori, and
my understanding of tikanga māori. Thanks for letting me take part!”
Kylie Henderson, National Operations Manager - Easy Steel / Fletchers - (September 2022)
“From initial engagement through to admin support and eventually onsite
facilitation, Au conducted their mahi with integrity and purpose. Gloria
was able to create space for us to reflect on our purpose and carve out
a new pathway to take back with us to the workplace, a fantastic
outcome out of a 2 day wananga. We were treated with kindness and
respect but also pushed to get the mahi done - a great balance that was
rounded out with humour, kapa haka and great catering! Thank you for
your tautoko!”
MediaWorks NZ (September 2022)
Carla Engelbrecht, Client Care Coordinator - The Learning Wave (July 2022)
"I just want to say the AU whanau are a pleasure to work with. You
welcomed us with open arms and made the whole journey very inclusive.
Usually, I can be quite shy when it comes to group activities but I
enjoyed every single one at the marae. You made me feel very comfortable
and at ease. This journey has been an amazing time and it has
encouraged me to learn more about Te Reo Māori and the Māori culture as a
whole. Thank you!”
Danica McPhee, Associate Director - Maynard Marks (August 2021)
“Henare & Gloria, a huge ngā mihi for providing such a great morning
at the marae last Friday. I spoke to some staff from the different
offices at the conclusion of the day and they spoke so highly about
their experience. Some talked about “tearing up” or getting emotional at
different parts of the day. Other comments were about joining a kapa
haka group or learning te reo. Wow!
I thought about these comments over the weekend and what we were hoping to achieve by taking this step. The aim of the day being about providing awareness and a connection to the Māori culture for all staff regardless of their background. Not only was this achieved but we also connected to each other as colleagues on a more personal level by learning something so simple such as where we each consider home to be.
Thank you for kicking our journey off in such a fulfilling way.”

Brent Armitage, People Safety Business Partner - Air New Zealand (May 2021)
“Jahmaine is able to captivate an audience with the mana he brings to
everything he does. He is able to carry a conversation on any subject
and weave te reo and Kaupapa Māori authentically and genuinely, and this
was reflected by the Wairua that was felt by all and the feedback we
received. Even our external guests all mentioned they were extremely
impressed with Jah and the session. They also said they felt connected
to what we were trying to achieve with our Health & Safety
Representative (HSR) community. We could only have created that
connection with someone like him.“
Lauren Albrey, Capability & Development Manager - New Zealand Post (2021)
"I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Au across a number of
initiatives and I am always so impressed with the standard of work

welcomed as part of their whanau. If you’re looking for fresh thinking,
